Terms of Service

Quickly.ink.ink is a booking and communication management platform built for tattoo artists and studios. These Terms of Service govern your use of our platform, website, and services.

By creating an account you agree to these terms.

You must be 18 or older to use Quickly.ink.ink. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify us immediately at hello@quickly.ink.

Quickly.ink.ink connects to your Instagram, Facebook, and Gmail accounts to help you manage client enquiries, automate replies, and handle appointment bookings. By connecting these accounts you authorise us to read and send messages on your behalf in accordance with your settings.

Quickly.ink.ink is a paid subscription service. By subscribing you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis either monthly or annually depending on your chosen plan.

Prices are displayed at the point of purchase and are subject to change. We will give you at least 30 days notice of any price changes.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

Where a free trial is offered, your subscription will automatically begin at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before it ends. You will not be charged during the trial period.

You agree not to use Quickly.ink.ink to:

• Send spam or unsolicited messages to clients
• Violate Instagram, Facebook, or Google's terms of service
• Harass, abuse, or harm any individual
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.

You own your data. We do not sell your data or your clients' data to third parties. We store and process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By using Quickly.ink.ink you grant us the right to process your data and your clients' message data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

When you cancel your account your data will be retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted upon request.

Quickly.ink.ink integrates with third party services including Instagram, Facebook, Google, and Stripe. Your use of these services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability or behaviour of third party services.

Quickly.ink.ink uses artificial intelligence to generate suggested and automated replies on your behalf. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any AI generated content before it is sent. We are not liable for the content of messages sent through the platform.

We aim to keep Quickly.ink.ink available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may carry out maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We will give reasonable notice where possible.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quickly.ink.ink shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of bookings.

Our total liability to you in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by displaying a notice in the platform. Continued use of Quickly.ink.ink after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
